Mark H. Mansfield has spent over 20 years as an operational manager, entrepreneur and investment banker/private investor and offers extensive hands-on experience in company start-ups, expansions, and workouts. He successfully co-founded a boutique investment bank, which was subsequently purchased by the investment bank of E*TRADE Corp. In the capacity of the Bank’s President, he actively oversaw a broad portfolio of investment companies, managed Corporate Finance, Trading and Retail Sales. He maintains his Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses and remains actively engaged as an Investment Banker.
In addition to his hands on entrepreneurial, turnaround and operational background, Mr. Mansfield also offers extensive experience in supporting management teams in making critical decisions; these exercises are supported through customized workshops such as decision mapping, scenario planning and Business Wargaming for C-Suite management teams throughout the world and for companies such as Bell Canada, Dow Corning, Kodak, Casa Cuervo, Covance, and Pep Boys.
Mr. Mansfield has been a guest lecturer at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Webster University and Santa Ana College and is a member of the advisory board for the Center of Unconventional Security Affairs, University of California, Irvine (UCI). He is an active Board Member and sponsor of the Harvard Business School Association of Orange County as well as Chair of the monthly Harvard Leadership Series.
Mr. Mansfield received his B.A. (Top Honors) from the Royal Military College of Canada, served as a Naval Officer after graduation and earned his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
